I’m working with a rapidly growing electrical distributor focused on the hazardous location market (oil & gas, OEM, Maritime, Engineering Firms, Pharma, Renewables and Petrochem) to hire an experienced, strategic, smart, fun loving Director of Commercial Operations.
Well, you don’t have to be fun-loving, but why not have some fun along the way? Seriously though, I essentially need the right-hand person to lockstep with the CEO as the company scales.

5. Owns Business Operations End-to-End

7. Warehouse & Order Execution Ownership 

8. Supplier Management, Expediting & “Where to Buy” Authority 

9. HubSpot & Systems Discipline 

10. Dashboards & Operational Visibility 

11. Systems & Continuous Improvement (Including AI) 

12. Support Functions & Administrative Oversight 

13. Works Closely With Sales
