Location: Chicago, IL | Salary: $200-250,000 plus bonus and employee stock!
I’m working with a prominent multi-state rep firm to hire a very special leader.
We are looking for someone who brings strong leadership experience from an electrical rep, distributor or manufacturer capable of leading a team of 14 Outside Sales reps in the Midwest who are based in IL, MN, IA, NE, MO, WI and KS. This role requires someone who is already living/working in the greater Chicagoland area to be close to corporate and pretty much in the middle of the region.
This role requires someone who has current sales leadership responsibilities, strong business acumen, mentoring/coaching experience, and strong relationships in the Midwest and can help us as we grow to the next level.
