VP Sales | Electrical Manufacturer – 202636
Location: Midwest/WI | Salary: $250,000 - $275,000 + 50% bonus program
I’m working with a major manufacturer of electrical products used in the hazardous location channel to hire a very special executive sales leader. This is a key member of the executive leadership team working very closely with the CEO, PE firm, and board. This role will report to the CEO and lead the company’s global sales team, channel partners, product development/management, business development, and marketing strategies.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Lead the global sales organization, executing significant revenue acceleration strategies.
• Develop, execute, and continually refine go-to-market strategies to expand share in
Commercial and Government related Marine, Industrial Distribution, Mining, and Ports
sectors.
• Oversee product management, business development, and marketing strategies to
maximize lead flow to the sales team and channel partners.
• Leverage market data, SFDC, sales, and customer input to forecast markets and
accounts to a monthly/quarterly plan.
• Identify gaps in bookings and develop countermeasures using data and customer input.
• Implement and execute agreed-upon sales processes and workflows to benefit the sales
team and company.
• Build, develop, and manage a sales team capable of accelerating growth and meeting
and exceeding individual and team quotas.
Requirements:
• 15+ years of national sales team management experience in the electrical industry; industrial/hazardous location experience highly preferred

Experience working with/for companies owned by Private Equity

Currently residing within WI, IL, MN, IA, IL, IN, MO or MI
• Undergraduate degree required; MBA preferred.
• Global sales/business experience with proven ability to manage channel conflict.
• Data-driven, using systems and controls to manage performance and identify obstacles
to success; Salesforce CRM experience preferred.
• Strong coaching skills to support team growth.
• Proven track record of delivering profitable, fast-paced growth.
• Excellent communication skills: persuasive, organized, and compelling presenter with
confidence to engage executive audiences.
