I am working with a one of the largest privately held electrical distributors in the country to help them find a Director of Gear and Lighting. This is a remote role but you must be based out of either the KC, MO or STL, MO areas. The individual coming into this role would be responsible for overseeing quotations and project management functions, ensuring operational excellence, profitability, and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of project lifecycle management, and the ability to foster collaboration across multiple teams.

As it relates to the money, they mentioned 150-175K + Bonus, but can be flexible based off your presence in the market and experience.
