I am working with a very cool group of manufacturers reps based out of PA looking to bring on a Director of Lighting Controls, with an emphasis on sales. With the backing of three of the strongest reps in the area, they are looking to hire one leader to build, own, and scale their networked lighting controls practice from Philadelphia through Richmond. They have put together an awesome job description detailing the role that I would be happy to share with you.

While the territory is the Mid-Atlantic, they think someone in the DC/Baltimore area or Philadelphia could have strong success in the role, but they are open to bringing someone in anywhere between Philadelphia and Richmond.

They are pretty open in terms of comp. They threw out 185K but they aren’t married to any target and are willing to build the right package for the right person. So if you are well about that, no worries that won’t scare them away. Beyond the base, they offer uncapped commissions, traditional benefits, car allowance, an expense account, etc. Another interesting piece is there is opportunity for equity in this role down the road. For the right person this could be a career changing move. Hopefully that’s you!
