My client, a leading electrical wire and cable distributor, needs a senior sales leader to run its National Accounts organization and independent rep agency network.
What you’ll do:
Lead and grow the National Accounts team Build relationships with strategic customers at the executive level
Own the rep agency network, including scorecards, compensation and the NEMRA relationship
Grow sales in industrial, MRO and other non-electrical channels
What you’ll bring:
10+ years in sales or commercial leadership, including National or Strategic Accounts Experience with electrical distribution and rep agencies
A bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred)
