I’m working with one of the largest family-owned electrical distributors in the Mid-Atlantic to bring on a remote Inside Sales Rep supporting customers across DC, Maryland, and Northern Virginia. The role is the heart of inside sales: taking orders, quoting standard and non-standard material, working pricing and delivery dates, solving order issues, and making outbound calls to grow business with current and prospective customers. Ideally, they want someone with a year or two of inside sales, counter, or quoting experience at an electrical distributor, a rep agency, or a manufacturer.

What I like about this one : it’s a true work from home role with a company that is privately held and about as far from the corporate world as it gets. They have a dedicated training team and a real track record of promoting from within, along with a culture that takes work-life balance seriously. It’s one of those places people don’t seem to leave once they join.
