I’m working with a successful electrical distributor that focuses exclusively on the OEM channel in the greater Grapevine market to hire a seasoned Outside Sales Rep. Ideally I’m looking for someone with 10 plus years of sales experience in this market including selling into OEMS. In terms of compensation, if you bring the right DNA, we’ll create a compensation package that works for you, be that salary plus commission, salary plus bonus, 100% commission with a guaruntee, we’re open to any comp structure that makes best sense for the right candidate!
