I am working with a great manufacturer’s rep outside of Chicago, who is looking to bring on a Technical Sales and Support Manager in a Hybrid capacity. The individual coming into this role will lead a team of thermal and power technical application engineers as well as the team responsible for the complete order operations cycle for their largest and most complex customer accounts.

Ideally, the person coming into this role has experience leading technical teams, has a foundation in technical sales and application engineering, but also has an eye for developing talent, standardizing workflows, and developing high-performing technical account ops teams.
