💼 Role: Vice President of Prefabrication
📍 Location: Houston, TX
💰 Compensation: $200,000 (+/- depending on experience)

Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Growth: Build, scale, and optimize high-performing prefabrication and modular manufacturing divisions.
Operational Excellence: Oversee estimation, design-for-manufacturing (DFMA), production scheduling, and QA/QC workflows.
Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner closely with engineering, project management, and business development to deliver seamlessly integrated solutions to clients.
Continuous Improvement: Foster an environment centered on lean manufacturing principles, safety, and advanced technology integration.
What We Are Looking For:
Extensive executive or senior leadership experience in prefabrication, modular construction, or building product manufacturing.
Strong business acumen with a deep understanding of supply chain logistics, lean production, and modern prefabrication technologies.
Proven ability to manage large-scale P&L metrics and build high-achieving production teams.
Exceptional relationship-building skills to collaborate with both factory personnel and executive stakeholders.
