I’m working with one of the largest independent electrical and industrial distributors in the country to bring on multiple Outside Sales Reps for the Austin metro. The role is a mix of growing existing accounts and opening new ones across electrical contractors, commercial facilities, and the data center and industrial projects coming into Central Texas. Ideally, they want someone who is already calling on customers in the Austin market, whether that’s from another distributor, a rep agency, or a manufacturer.

What makes this one stand out: they’re family-owned with decades in Texas, and they run like it, so decisions get made locally and quickly. The role is remote, so your time goes to customers, not an office. You’d also have inside support on quotes, plus in-house specialists in switchgear, automation, lighting, and data centers to help you land bigger projects.

As it relates to the money, they are targeting a competitive base plus commission, along with a full benefits package.
