I am working with a great manufactures rep outside of Chicago, in Buffalo Grove, who is looking to bring on an Outside Sales Manager in a Hybrid capacity. This role is responsible for leading, developing, and driving the performance of a team of outside sales professionals representing leading manufacturers of mission-critical HVAC, power, and infrastructure solutions.

The person coming into this role would be leading a team of 10 professionals within a growing territory. It’s a fantastic role for someone who understands the complexities of working with manufacturers and prides themselves on leading and building teams.
